Diwali Family Fun Festival lights up Carolina!

The Carolina Sales & Information Centre transformed into a dazzling wonderland of colours and joy on Saturday 2nd November as the community celebrated the first Family Fun Festival of Diwali.

Friends and families embraced tradition at this free family-friendly event, where guests enjoyed beautiful henna artistry and children participated in Diwali-inspired craft workshops.

Those that attended were treated to delicious Indian cuisine paired with mouth watering traditional desserts, while coffee and tea flowed throughout the afternoon.

The crowd was mesmerized by vibrant Bollywood dancers and felt the rhythmic beats of Indian drummers who took them on a cultural journey through sound and dance.

Guests had plenty of opportunities to show off their moves as our Diwali DJ played upbeat music for a non-stop, jam-packed afternoon of fun.

The event brought the magic of Diwali right to Carolina with over 150 attendees, creating a memorable celebration for all who attended.
