Happiness is… a growing community at Carolina!
January 13, 2025

In late August, we had a whole bunch of fun, laughter and community connection at the Meet Your Neighbours event at the Sales and Information Centre.
As our Carolina continues to grow, we’re focused on strengthening community ties and keeping neighbours close.
A beautiful day in Deanside.
A sunny winter morning was the perfect backdrop for over 65 of our recently settled residents from Stages 15,16 and 17 to come together to meet their future neighbours and share the happiness around.
Our Sales and Management Teams had a blast getting to know our newest Deanside locals and hearing all about their home-buying journey and experiences at Carolina.
Over lots of food, special gift bags for little ones and of course, the Carolina Coffee Cart, the ‘Meet Your Neighbours’ event was a complete success and resulted in budding friendships between neighbours – even a BBQ invite or two!
First home, best home!
For future resident Naresh, a new family home at Carolina is more than just a house – it’s a community and a starting point for their growing family.
Any worries Naresh had were put to ease by meeting future neighbours at the event.
“Being first-time home buyers as well as first time parents, we didn’t really know what to expect from a brand new community like Carolina..”
“Getting to know everyone here today has been really important for us, and we can’t wait to move into a neighbourhood with connections already made.”
Neighbourhood connections are blossoming.
With the ‘Meet Your Neighbours’ event being such a smashing success, those who attended expressed excitement at the possibility of even more community get togethers in the not-so-distant future.
The Rishi Family, who are just months away from completing their dream home, said that the event had only increased their anticipation about moving into Carolina.
“We’ve had the chance to meet so many of our new neighbours and being able to chat about the home-buying journey we’ve all been on recently was fantastic.
“We’d love to see more events just like this – bringing neighbours together and sharing quality time in the community.”
There are more exciting things to come for the Carolina community in the coming months. Check out our Facebook page to stay up to date with neighbourhood news.
